The cost for a booth at the NASBP Expo is $3,150.00. This includes: - (1) Complimentary Meeting Registration - Valid for attending all events.
- (1) Complimentary Exhibit Hall Pass - Valid for exhibit hall only.
- Welcome Happy Hour in Expo Hall
If you require additional attendee registrations, you will have the option to purchase more at the bottom of this section.

Each 10' X 10' booth will be set up with 8' high black drape, 3' high side drape, one (1) 6' draped table, two (2) side chairs, one (1) wastebasket, and a exhibitor ID sign.IMPORTANT NOTES: This draft floor plan is NOT final and may change at any time. A point-system will be utilized based on a number of factors to determine the order of expo booth number selection. Exhibitor loyalty, event sponsorship and advertising are all factors determining the order of selection. NASBP will make every effort to accommodate exhibitors requested position, but we cannot guarantee your position until you are notified of your spot and the final floor plan is distributed. The diagram above will likely be modified prior to the event date. Spaces CAN NOT and WILL NOT be guaranteed. If you have any further questions or requests regarding your booth setup, please contact Steve Karlin. Note that making your booth preference selections from three varied, different parts of the room (and not selecting three booths next to one another) will aid in finding all exhibitors an acceptable booth assignment.
